Situated in a small village just above Abersychan, Pentwyn CC compete in the Welsh Cricket Club Conference Div 3. We have 2 teams on Saturday and also compete in a sunday league with our 3rd team.
As well as 3 Senior teams we have a large junior section which consists of an under 11's, 13's and 15's. The club has always believed in the youth section as they are the future of the club. Many of the young players are showing promise and play an important part in Saturday league cricket.
The club celebrated it's centenery in 2006, Which ended in a tour to Cork,Ireland. 2007 ended in celebration for the club as the 1st team secured the Division three title with a closly fought game at Isca Crows. The 2nds also won to ensure they stayed up. Some team members then embarked on a return tour to whitley bay. All returned safe with no visible bruises or scars and no criminal records!!!!
